The Governance Board provides strategic oversight across Circular Stitches initiatives. Its role is to safeguard institutional integrity, support credible standard development, promote transparent decision-making, and strengthen long-term accountability.
The Board provides oversight and guidance. It does not manage day-to-day operations.
